Estée Lauder: Crystal Pink Crème Lipstick #03

Before, I’ve never been a huge fan of lipstick really, or big color that make your lips just pop out there, but I also want my lips to look enhanced, beautiful and natural, so this lipstick is perfect for me. If you’re not a big fan of powerful lip colors or you just want to be casual one day, then this lipstick is for you. ^o^

This product actually comes in a basic light small cardboard/paper box. The casing (bottle) of the lipstick itself is very nice, pleasant and simple with a gold strip in the middle where the cap comes off; this makes the casing look very sophisticated and professional. The casing is plastic, but it has a nice shine to it, and the top comes off easy and snaps back on tight to protect your lipstick.

Product specifications:

Texture: The lipstick is super soft, and just glides across your lips with ease and leaves a beautiful nice shine; I love this because it means that I do not have to spend the extra time applying lip gloss over the lipstick finish if I don’t want to, so that’s a bonus point ^_^.

Color: The color is absolutely beautiful and natural looking. When looking at the lipstick itself, it looks like it would produce a very deep odd colored pink (at least that’s what I first thought when I got it >_<), but the pink comes out very light and gives the natural hue of healthy lips BUT WITH THAT CUTESY BABY PINK LOOK. Then of course, as mentioned before, there is the beautiful shine.

Finnish: Leaves my lips looking natural and healthy.

Coverage: The coverage is pretty good; however, you will have to touch this lipstick up at some point during the day. Since the lipstick is a very light color it will not stain your lips, so eventually you will have to reapply it ~_~ (my only pet-peev about this product).

Price: Average $8.00- $15.00 (U.S. dollars). That's around 300-600php. Obviously if you buy it directly from Estée Lauder, the lipstick will be a little more expensive, but my secret for you is to purchase this product on Amazon or Ebay if you're on a tight budget because they're sometimes on sale! ;)

I actually received mine free from the Estée Lauder in Macys. How? Well my other secret for you guys is that if you keep an eye on the Estée Lauder website you will see when they are having their special sale, then if you purchase their foundation you will get some free makeup products, which always includes a lipstick, and an original makeup bag. ALL FREEE!!! I’m not joking (lol I bet your glad you read this review now hunh ^^*). However, you do not get to choose the type of lipstick you want or the free products you get, but you know it’s a cool way to try new things, and hey it’s free. They usually have this sale two or three times a year, so be in the look out my ladies.

My VERDICT:

Pros:

• Perfect coverage.
• Gives a natural healthy pink glow to your lips.
• Lasts pretty long (but it all depends on how much you use it).

Cons:

• Does not last all day; sorry ladies but you must touch up.

NICE LIPSTICK
