Celeteque Dermoscience Hydration Set

How are ya doing guys? I hope you had a blast on your weekend. Mine was great! :) A weekend with full rest is just what I needed and I got it!  Thank God! Anyway, I'm here again with another product review. Yesterday, I posted a "not-so-happy" review about the Neutrogena foam wash that I tried. In contrary to my post yesterday, this review that I'm posting today is actually a good one! :) All positive and I'm lovin' it!

Celeteque Hydration Set

This is the hydration set that I'm currently using. And actually, this is the first skincare product set that I've tried. My mom always told me not to put on any skincare product yet as it may introduce early signs of aging because there are lots of products now that contains harsh chemicals. But then last year, I finally had a courage to try on skincare products and this is what I first found. 

One day when I visited my fave store Watsons, I asked the sales lady what would be a nice skincare set that's good for 'virgin' skin (lol) and she recommended Celeteque. I already have an idea on what type of product I would use first but wasn't really sure if I could find 'that' product. For first time users like me (hehe), one should use a skincare set that's mild on skin. Our skin would react badly on the product if it's too heavy or if it has too much chemicals on it. You don't want to overwhelm your skin, do you? And know what? If your skin is exposed early to heavy or "wrong" products, there's a tendency that you would suffer from acne in later years. It can really be painful. But how would you know if it's too heavy? "That" skincare product would likely expose a strong scent and it has too much formulation that promises lots of benefits like anti-aging plus whitening plus removing dark spots etc. Not that it's a bad thing but for your 'virgin' skin, you should settle with "simpler" products until your skin starts to adopt on it until you can apply heavier creams then later on, you can layer your skincare products. Get it? ;D

Okay, so because I decided to follow the basic beauty regimen - clean, tone & moisturize, I'll be needing 'that' skincare set that's gentle to my skin and there goes Celeteque. When the sales lady recommended it, I immediately purchased 2 trial box/hydration set for me and for my partner. The trial box contains 3 travel sizes of Celeteque's facial wash, toner & moisturizer. Why didn't I purchased the full sizes you might ask? Well just like other women, I don't want to buy full size bottle of any skincare products only to regret that I bought it in the first place. I have to make sure first that it would be worth the money (except if it's given to me). 

After weeks/after finishing off the travel sizes, me & my partner really saw the difference. I can actually see that my face is glowing, more hydrated and looks really healthy despite the stress and lack of sleep(blame the graveyard shift work). Really! No joke. :) Well okay, my  vitamins may have helped but it really is different than when I was only taking my vitamins alone. I'm 100% sure it's the effect of Celeteque's clean, tone & moisturize system. :) Glad that I found it! 

So when I ran out of supply, I immediately purchased the full sizes. Here's how they look:

Celeteque Dermoscience Facial Wash with NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) 250ml

Price: 270php (around 7-8$)

This facial wash has a combination of mild cleansing agents and Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) also found in the skin to gently yet effectively clean while improving the skin's moisture level.

Direction for use: Apply Celeteque Dermoscience Facial Wash on wet skin. Massage in a gentle circular motion. Rinse thoroughly.Use as often as needed. 

Celeteque Dermoscience Alcohol Free Toner with Witch Hazel Extract 125ml

Price: 129php (around 3-4$)

• For sensitive to dry skin
• Non-comedogenic
• Hypoallergenic
• Fragrance free

This Alcohol Free toner contains Witch Hazel Extract to soothe the skin while it removes the last traces of stubborn dirt.

Direction for use: Apply to face and neck with gentle upward strokes.

Celeteque Dermoscience Facial Moisturizer with Triple Moisturizing System 100ml

Price: 210php (around 5-6$)

• Non-comedogenic
• Hypoallergenic
• Fragrance free

This Facial Moisturizer has a unique hydrogel formulation that provides the skin with optimum hydration without the greasy after-feel. Its triple moisturizing system contains Glycerin,Pro-Vitamin B5, and Aloe Vera that works deep down to provide lasting relief from skin dryness. It also has Dimethicone that seals in the skin's moisture.

It can be used everyday even during hot summer days.

Direction for use: Massage in a gentle circular motion.Apply morning and evening.

My VERDICT:

PROS:

• The packaging is just perfect!
• Affordable price
• Lasts for long time especially the facial wash
• The moisturizer was not greasy at all and it's very mild on skin
• The toner gives you that extra fresh feeling
• The hydration set delivers what it promises

CONS:

I couldn't really think of anything. Really.

All in all this HYDRATION set does HYDRATES your skin! It's a must buy and I definitely recommend it to everyone especially to starters.hehe. I also have tried their exfoliating facial wash but will do a separate review for that. ;)
