Problems with Oily Face? No Problem!

If you have a face that gets oily all the time, you need to take good care of your skin. Oily skin is hard to take proper care of because that whole area is like a time-bomb, just waiting to burst and make you look sweaty and greasy then your face becomes ideal place for blemishes and clogged pores. Bacteria reproduce like crazy therefore persons with oily skin often have problems with acne, which can be unpleasant to the eye of the beholder but the bigger problem is that they hurt!

The oiliness of your skin is the result of overactive glands that produce sebum. Since you cannot control your glands, you might as well learn how to take care of oily skin.

You can find many advises on how to take care of oily skin. But most of them include spending all your cash on expensive facial creams, visiting dermatologist and getting chemical treatments for your face. That might sound good to someone who doesn't know what to do with all the money in the wallet. But to some who has limited budget, it’s just painful and unhelpful.

Don't worry! There are simpler and cheaper ways for everyone. For example, the easiest thing to do is to wash your face. Do it regularly and not just in the morning or in the evening. Wash it many times during the day, that way you will wash away the grease from your face and leave no fertile ground for bacteria.

Next, you shouldn't touch your face with dirty hands. If you can’t stop touching your face, you will never get rid of pimples because every time you touch oily skin with unwashed hands, you help bacteria to spread around.

Some women are just plain lazy. They put on makeup, look good, go out. But when they come back home, they forget to take makeup off. Or they just don’t feel like it. If  like wearing makeup too and you have oily skin, you can’t be lazy when it comes to taking makeup off. Just try to imagine what the combination of makeup, oily skin and sweaty pillow will do to your face overnight. That’s right – a disaster!

Because your skin is oily, you obviously need no hydration. You can try using some facial beauty products that contain tea tree or zinc, they will help to dry out excessive grease from your skin. Or you can make your own face mask from ingredients you already have or you can easily buy in any store.

Here’s one simple recipe:

Take one lemon and squeeze the juice. Mix the lemon juice with couple of teaspoons of milk. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it be for couple of minutes. After the skin has soaked up the fluid, wash your face with clean water. Lemon will help to dry out oil and milk will make your skin gentle and soft. You can’t go wrong, try it!

So basically, you need to maintain general hygiene of your face. No need for expensive products, just make sure to wash your face, do not touch your face and be beautiful! *wink*
